The Commission

The License Commission of the Americas licenses qualified persons in North, South and Central America in full compliance with all international, national, state and provincial statutes. Our licenses are valid except where governmentally regulated.

The Commission works closely with all regulatory agencies, licensing boards, professional associations and certification bodies to set and maintain professional standards in all the professions which we license.

The Commission is available to licensing boards and regulatory agencies for outsourcing professional licensing in accordance with our professional standards or any higher standard required by the agency. 

The Commission is currently offering licenses to qualified applicants based on their college transcripts, current certification and work experience. Please visit Types of Licensing to view a complete listing of licensing types and their requirements.

The Commission is also currently working with regulatory agencies, educational organizations, state legislatures and established licensing boards to outsource licensing for these professions. While feedback has been encouraging, there is no guarantee any state or province will engage our services to license these professions. However, we do offer them a cost-effective way of regulating these industries.
